I have written before about the comments and questions we get about cooking on a boat. Many people are surprised that we have a full galley (kitchen) aboard. Even more are surprised that we can actually cook the way we could in a home kitchen. Although there are certainly adjustments and changes that we have had to make in order to cook in our pint-sized "full" galley, we do cook wonderful, from-scratch meals. From making our own pasta to baking bread to pureeing soups, there isn't much we won't try. So, I hope you try and enjoy our recipes, tips, and tricks and gain a little understanding and insight into what it's like to cook on a boat.
